Jean-Philippe Lemire, Eng.
An engineer by training and a graduate of ENAP, he has gained a deep understanding of municipal realities, both in the field and in leadership roles in cities such as Rosemère and Sainte-Julienne.
What sets him apart? His commitment to humanizing engineering. He firmly believes it is possible to combine technical rigor, exemplary management, and genuine connection with communities.
In 2017, he founded Parallèle 54 Expert-Conseil with the goal of offering a more human, transparent, and collaborative approach to engineering, a philosophy that still drives the firm’s mission today: to make engineering a different experience.
