We are actively looking for a civil engineering technician who will complete our engineering team and who will mainly work as a draftsman in municipal engineering.
The responsibilities and challenges that await you:
- Use the Autocad Civil3D infrastructure design software.
- Produce computer-assisted drawings based on topographic surveys, survey plans, engineer’s instructions, etc.
- Drawing of structures designed and prepared by engineers (drainage, water and sewer systems, road profiles, retention basins, parking lots, pumping stations, etc.);
- Create and modify standard details according to specific project needs; Draw according to known graphic conventions (scales, sections, details, profiles, networks, parking lots, etc.);
- Perform 3D modeling using computer tools (volume calculations, profile and section views, etc.);
- Compile and analyze the data required to produce the drawings;

Technical skills
- Have a high level of technical expertise in civil engineering;
Have a valid driver’s license and a car.
Education and training
- Have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering;
- Be a member in good standing of the Quebec Order of Engineers;
- Hold a training in safety on construction sites (ASP card).
