Overview of Tasks
  • Design building mechanical systems, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and energy management systems;
  • Manage budgets and monitor schedules to ensure project delivery on time and within budget;
  • Participate in drafting service offers and actively contribute to the preparation of business proposals;
  • Produce various technical reports and specifications, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with established standards;
  • Manage and support the technical staff assigned to the project;
  • Review and coordinate mechanical engineering services in collaboration with other disciplines.

  • Participate in problem solving and provide technical support required for the successful completion of projects;

Tasks Overview

Reporting to the Director, the incumbent’s main function is to manage projects from design to delivery. He/she supervises team members in the performance of their tasks, ensuring compliance with laws, standards and the customer’s wishes. The Project Manager does not have direct supervision of employees in his or her department.
