A human approach
A DIFFERENT VISION OF CIVIL ENGINEERING
After several years of experience working for major engineering firms and various municipalities, Jean-Philippe Lemire founded Parallèle 54 with a clear conviction: to put people at the heart of every project and offer a different way of doing engineering.
Choosing an engineering firm should be based on the expertise of its professionals and the time they dedicate to their clients.

Our vision: to demonstrate that it’s possible to combine technical rigor, closeness, and transparency.
Our mission: to put our multidisciplinary expertise and our understanding of the municipal sector at the service of sustainable, meaningful projects.
We are committed to:
- Meeting — and even exceeding — our clients’ expectations
- Providing our teams with a stimulating and collaborative environment
- Building lasting relationships with our partners and suppliers
- And always acting in accordance with our values: enjoyment, trust, integrity, excellence, and accessibility.

The story that drives us forward
Since its creation, we have experienced steady growth — always guided by a clear vision: combining multidisciplinary expertise with a deep understanding of the municipal sector.
Our strength? The ability to bring together our civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams around a single mission: delivering projects that combine technical quality, budget control, and a positive impact on communities. We believe our role goes beyond design — it’s about creating environments that are accessible, safe, and meaningful.
It’s in this spirit that Parallèle 54 has guided and managed its growth, never losing sight of its values or its commitment to local communities.
