Project Manager
Main Responsibilities
- Design building mechanical systems, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and energy management systems;
- Manage budgets and monitor schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget;
- Participate in the preparation of service offers and actively contribute to the preparation of business proposals;
- Produce various technical reports and specifications, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with established standards;
- Manage and support the technical staff assigned to the project;
- Review and coordinate mechanical engineering services in collaboration with other disciplines;
- Coordinate activities between technical team members, facilitating communication and work organization;
- Prepare accurate estimates and evaluations of the work required for ongoing projects;
- Organize and lead meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide effective advice;
- Participate in market development.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in building mechanics;
- Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in design and project management;
- Valid driver’s license + car;
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in French (spoken and written);
- Functional knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Work location: Montreal, Saint-Bruno, Saint-Esprit, Mont-Tremblant;
