Reporting to the Vice President – Structure<\/strong>, the position is responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities assigned to the position, but not limited to the following Focused on the initiation of building structure projects, the position acts as a technical expert, providing guidance to the project managers, design and site supervision team and reviewing work as required.   • Have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction engineering<\/li>\n

    • In collaboration with the Vice President, Structure, participate in the creation of strategic objectives for his\/her department and actively participate in their communication, implementation and monitoring of results;<\/li>\n
    • Manage and assign projects to the design and site supervision team (small and large projects) in collaboration with management;<\/li>\n
    • Assign new projects to engineers and draftsmen in collaboration with management;<\/li>\n
    • Prepare and\/or participate in the preparation of service offers;<\/li>\n
    • Manage the workshop and priorities (deadlines) in collaboration with management;<\/li>\n
    • Provide technical support to the structure team;<\/li>\n
    • Design projects and write expert reports:<\/li>\n
    • Ensure rigorous management of the department’s budget and its projects in collaboration with management;<\/li>\n
    • Establish and maintain contact with clients;<\/li>\n
    • Manage requests for changes, emergencies, team travel, etc. (emails during construction);<\/li>\n
    • Ensure that the working conditions of the employees respect the safety standards;<\/li>\n
    • Ensure the professional development of employees internally and approve all external training;<\/li>\n
    • Implement efficient work methods and processes within the team and ensure that they are respected by the team in collaboration with management;<\/li>\n
