Through rigorous planning, analysis and control practices, the Vice-President, Finance provides the Board of Directors with the strategic information necessary to make decisions and ensures the financial sustainability and viability of Parall\u00e8le 54 Expert Conseil. He\/she is responsible for the contractual management and bookkeeping of the company in accordance with the standards and policies in effect.<\/p>\n<h5>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise the accounting team in place<\/li>\n<li>Perform month-end procedures (entries and reports)<\/li>\n<li>Design, implement and administer the company&#8217;s accounting systems and financial policies<\/li>\n<li>Perform year-end processing<\/li>\n<li>Prepare budgets and forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Produce financial statements and other financial data and analyze them for trends, variances and recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and follow up on accounts payable and receivable<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the management of financial performance<\/li>\n<li>Model performance indicators and ensure their proper communication and understanding<\/li>\n<li>Create, build and follow up on various financial reports related to the company&#8217;s current activities<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the
